Welcome to Northeast Angels Investment Group (NeA).

Northeast Angels is an early-stage investment group which works with entrepreneurs and businesses located in the Northeast. Specifically NeA focuses on opportunities located around the business corridor between Manchester and Nashua, New Hampshire including surrounding communities. While we prefer deal opportunities located within driving distance of Nashua, NH, we will consider investments in the greater New England area. We also welcome deals referred by other angel groups or venture capital groups participating in greater New England investments. NeA invests in opportunities regardless of technology or service class. NeA members welcome any and all investment inquiries as our constituents have a wide range of expertise and interests. NeA looks for opportunities with companies that can demonstrate potential market penetration, strong leadership, organized effort and strong financial skills.

NeA members also bring to any partnership significant experience and skills, being able to quickly leverage internal knowledge to fill any potential skills gap. Northeast Angels invests time, money, and expertise in every effort; for ultimately it is the success of all involved which represents the ultimate outcome.

Companies wishing to apply to Northeast Angels may do so by clicking on the “Submit Business Plan” button in the upper right hand corner.  This starts the application process.  You will be asked a number of questions which will be formatted by the Angelsoft Software into a one page summary which we use to take a first look at your request.  You can attach any key documents to this application such as an executive summary, presentation, or deal structure.   Note that your application will not be seen by us until you hit the “Submit” button.  This way you can perfect your application in however many sessions you require and you can decide to submit when you are ready.   

(Clarification:  the “Submit Business Plan” button is hard coded; it would be more accurate to have this button say “Start Application”.) 

NeA does not look at opportunities which are presented via postal mail or in person. NeA procedures dictate that, out of fairness to all opportunities and members, all investment inquires be submitted via this form.

NeA members review submissions and will contact you directly for follow up.
